Caring Hands Care uses a published hourly starting rate for non-medical caregiving: from $24 per hour.
If anything about your request would affect the final arrangement, it will be discussed with you before care begins.
The minimum
2-Hour Minimum
The minimum scheduled visit is two hours.
That gives enough time for meaningful companionship, errands, household help or respite without requiring families to commit automatically to a half-day or full-day block.
For example:
- Two hours for errands and household help
- A few hours of companionship
- Respite coverage during an appointment
- Recurring weekly visits
- An evening or overnight arrangement
The schedule should fit the need—not the other way around.

Complete the Request Care form and tell me:
- Who needs care
- What kind of help you are looking for
- Your preferred days and times
- When you would like care to start
- How often you expect to need help
- Approximately how many hours you need
- Anything important about the situation or routine

I review the request
I will review the care needs, location and requested schedule.
If it looks like a fit, I will contact you through your preferred contact method.

We confirm the details
Before the first visit, we make sure the services, timing and expectations are clear.
Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a time.

Care begins
Once everything is confirmed, visits can begin.
Because Caring Hands Care is a one-person business, the caregiver you communicate with is also the caregiver providing the scheduled visits.
Availability
Care Availability
Care is offered six days a week, with availability beginning at 8:00 AM.
Specific availability depends on the existing schedule.
Overnight care may also be available by arrangement.
The easiest way to check availability is to submit a Request Care form with the days and times you need.
Scope
What Caring Hands Care Does Not Provide
Caring Hands Care provides independent, non-medical caregiving.
The services advertised on this website do not include:
- Medical treatment
- Medication administration
- Medical decision-making
- Client transportation
- Services that are not listed as currently offered
